You may be ready to start a new business. Or, you may have been working hard and now looking up from the grind, find your business quite successful. Whatever your stage of business, we will listen to your objectives and present supportive options, including protections against uninsured liabilities, organizational structures, and succession ideas.

Estate Planning

Estate planning anticipates and arranges in writing, the management and distribution of what you own. The use of trusts, powers of attorney, a valid Will and Last Testament, and other tools require thoughtful analysis prior to implementation. We emphasize personal time with you to gage your goals while giving attention to gift and estate taxes.
