Stephen M. Lewis

Stephen Lewis has over a decade of litigation and transactional experience. Stephen brings invaluable insight into the preparation of simple and complex estate plans, attentively counsels his clients through the trust administration and probate process, and collaboratively works with business owners. Stephen utilizes his broad experience to provide practical solutions with a personable approach. His clients feel like he advocates for their goals and his steady, calm presence allows them to feel heard. When the situation arises, Stephen is prepared to seek court intervention to protect his clients’ interests by drawing upon his many years of litigation experience.

Stephen’s range of experience, in and out of the courtroom, has greatly benefited his clients. While in law school, Stephen obtained an emphasis in tax law and had the unique privilege of externing with the Honorable Catherine E. Bauer of the United States Bankruptcy Court. Later, as a young attorney, Stephen honed his litigation skills through representing residential and commercial landlords, and dealing with banking and finance litigation over real estate transactions.  Stephen continued to build his career by gaining experience with representing trustees and beneficiaries with trust disputes. Stephen has also taken on various employment-based disputes and other complicated business matters.
